Job Description

We are looking for a service-minded and passionate Talent Development Coordinator with excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills. You will enable continuous development for the IT industry’s most talented employees globally! As part of our global HR department, you will work with team members in Copenhagen and Warsaw, and occasional travel is expected. In this role, you will support Netcompany Academy, our focal point for employee development.

This is a temporary fixed-term assignment.

As a Talent Development Coordinator, you will:

  • Plan, coordinate, and support approximately 500 annual global online courses, acting as the point of contact
  • Identify suitable internal instructors and ensure their readiness to teach specific courses
  • Optimize systems, processes, and frameworks within the Talent Development area
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), and handle system reporting, data management, and tracking
  • Perform other administrative Talent Management & Development tasks

Qualifications:

  • Hold a BA or MA degree (in HR, Psychology, or Administration degree is preferable but not essential)
  • Be fluent in English (both spoken and written) with native-level proficiency in Polish
  • Have planning, coordinating, and stakeholder management skills in DNA
  • Stay composed while juggling many tasks simultaneously
  • Be socially savvy and experienced in working in an international, multicultural environment
  • Be detail-oriented and capable of working independently
  • Have experience as a coordinator in a larger, dynamic company
  • Be dedicated and helpful with a can-do approach to new challenges
  • Take pride in administrative tasks
  • Be proficient in Excel
