Job Description

Are you ready for a sneak-peek in the day of a IT Logistics and Planning Support Agent in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

We are looking for an IT Logistics and Planning Support Agent in Luxembourg. The candidate will join a team based in Luxembourg to perform informatics support activities to our customer (planning, stock management, inventory management, distribution of the IT equipment to the end-users). The activity will – unless further developments - be delivered on-site to the customer HQ.

As a IT Logistics and Planning Support Agent you will:

Analyse & process requests of IT equipment by the end-users.
Assist in the logistical process of order follow-up and receipt.
Daily stock management and orders, planning and stock coordination.
Contact Users (Phone and Email) to plan the IT Equipment deliveries.
Create of Field technician work orders – planning
Develop basic reports on activities done.
Participate in the drafting of operational procedures.
Supervise small size work projects.
Deliver laptop to user and helping in the first setup.
Work shifts of 8 hours covering the time range between 07h00 and 20h00 from Monday to Friday with some flexibility required when overtime is exceptionally needed.
Office located in Luxembourg, European neighbourhood.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of IT consumer market products.
Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Proficient in spoken and written English and French (min. B2 level).
Exceptional customer service skills and ability to organize delivery schedules.
Highly organized with experience in project management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly.

It would also be a plus if

General knowledge of EU institutions.
Experience with European Commission is an asset.
Knowledge of other EU languages is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree (IT sector).
ITIL foundation certified.
Expert in the logistical process of goods and services
Knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus.
