Are you ready for a sneak-peek in the day of a Presales - Bid consultant in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

The successful candidate will be an integral part of a highly successful presales/bid team in the EU Institutions market. He/She will participate in the production of clear, concise, accurate, and compliant responses to Calls for Tenders concerning IT Services with the following key responsibilities: 

• Analysis of client's requirements for IT projects and services 
• Preparation of the tender parts meeting the RfP/RfI requirements 
• Selection of the most favorable solution, in line with the client's requirements and the company's technical strengths 
• Liaising and collaborating with the company's staff working in the Corporate and Service Delivery Departments to gather all the required information for the preparation of the tender
• Communication with the partners to submit a tender of high quality.

What would make you a fit for the role:

• University Degree in Electrical Engineering / IT / Computer Science. Postgraduate degree MSc/Ph.D. in IT / Computer Science or another relevant field will be a plus
• At least 2 years' experience in IT Strong knowledge of information systems, methodologies, technologies and tools. Experience as a pre-sales consultant in an IT company will be highly appreciated
• Experience in technical writing in English in the areas of software development and IT services (e.g. writing of bids/proposals, or Specifications Documents, etc) 
• Very good understanding of fast-changing technologies used in the IT landscape areas 
• Excellent English skills (oral and written) 
• Analytical and synthetic thinking coupled with the ability to articulate effectively in writing concepts and solutions in English 
• Ability to work and communicate effectively in a multi-cultural environment 
• Ability to work both independently and as a strong team player Able to perform under tight deadlines 
• Prioritization, time management and organizational skills 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
