Business Analyst - Product Owner/Analyst

Are you ready to discover the role of a Business Analyst in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

As a Business Analyst your main responsibilities will be:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives
• Elicit, document, and analyse business requirements for IT projects
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for development teams
• Participate in solution design workshops and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Develop and maintain business process models, use cases and user stories
• Conduct gap analysis to assess the feasibility of proposed solutions
• Work closely with decision makers to ensure projects are delivered on time
• Perform quality assurance testing and identify potential issues with existing and newly developed solutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field with at least 14 years of working experience as Business Analyst or Product Owner/Analyst or Master's degree with 10 years of experience
• Proven experience in eliciting, documenting, and analyzing business requirements
• Experience with corporate web applications for document/info management 
• Very good knowledge of Power BI 
• Excellent understanding of Agile methodology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with other business process management and modeling tools (e.g., Visio)

Soft skills & Advantages 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with user-centered experience design is an advantage
