Joining us as a Senior Communications Expert, you will have the opportunity to be a part of our highly skilled agile consultants teams working within large-scale transformation projects, that impact the lives of millions of EU citizens. You will be involved in the design, customization, integration, and maintenance of enterprise-scale CRM/CX implementations that are intended mainly for private sector organizations. 

As a Senior Communications Expert, you will:

• Provide expert consultation in their field
• Review and provide feedback on short documents
• Participate and contribute to webinars

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (EN)
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Relevant Background: Proven experience related to the activities of consumer organizations, NGOs, public bodies, academia, or law firms, particularly in the area of collective redress in consumer or other areas of law.
