Job Description

What does it feel like to be a Helpdesk Operator in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

Joining us as a Helpdesk Operator , you will be a part of the Corporate Services Sector. S/he works as part of a small team, the Service Desk team, and will be expected to work on a broad range of tasks in all areas of IT Corporate Services.

As Helpdesk Operator you will:

  • Act as a first point of contact for all user IT and non-IT related requests and technical support issues
  • Provide technical assistance to determine nature of problems
  • Logistical support with incoming mail and management of office supplies
  • Help with the management of office workspace
  • Process reports from the incidents management tool.
Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of higher education or equivalent in professional experience
  • English excellent level (C1+)
  • Professional experience in an IT or Facilities support team
  • Experience in providing support to users
  • Ability to identify user's needs
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a multicultural environment
  • Flexibility and capacity to act upon problems
  • Strong client orientation and communication skills
