Are you ready to discover the role of a M365 Specialist in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

The Desktop Image Specialist - M365 will be part of the Digital Services Unit and will work in the IT Autonomy Programme which is responsible for providing the administrative systems. Within this project, we are looking for resources to ensure the continuity of existing projects.You will join an Agile team with various skills and responsibilities – project managers, business analysts, system administrators and developers, project support officers, document management experts, etc. As M365 Desktop image specialist, he/she will contribute to implementing and maintaining a modern digital workspace.

As a M365 Specialist you will:

  • Help to drive the adoption of M365 based modern workplace technologies
  • Design, plan, develop and implement solutions within M365 portfolio of services
  • Provide hands-on support for MDM/Intune. Provide hands-on support of M365
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with team members to analyse information, define and prioritize requirements and evaluate potential solutions
  • Provide expert advice and assistance, technology watch, evaluation studies, architectural considerations, applicable standards, solution patterns and best practices in M365
  • Ensure compliance with IT security standards across the M365 tenant
  • Comply with the Agile methodology in the implementation, configuration and maintenance of the M365 tenant
  • Contribute to design vision and other project related documentation
Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

  • Bachelor’s level or three years of higher education or equivalent in professional experience
  • Five or more years of professional experience in business analysis position, with relevance to the tasks described above
  • In-depth knowledge and proven hands-on expertise in M365 (administration, configuration, design, deployment)
  • Capability to write clear and structured technical documents
  • Ability to participate meetings, very good communication skills (English)
  • Collaborative and proactive approach with hands on attitude
  • Ability to make recommendations and give advice about best practises
  • Previous experience as technology expert in M365 in at least one of the following areas: 1. Mobile Device and Workplace Management, including some or all of: Endpoint Manager, Intune, Autopilot, patching, Power Shell, packaging, PKI, Azure Security Centre, XDR solution, etc. 2. User Identity Management, including some or all of: Azure Active Directory, Licences Management, User Authentication, Access Policies, Identity Protection, etc. 3. Information Protection and Governance, including some or all of: Microsoft Purview, Data Loss Prevention, Sensitive Information Types, Microsoft 365 Encryption, Microsoft Sentinel, Message Encryption, Sensitivity Labels, Data Lifecycle and Records Management, Retention, Data Analytics, Audit, etc. 4. Collaboration and Communication, including some or all of: Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams Office 365, etc

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

  • General knowledge of networking and ICT infrastructure and systems
  • System engineer expertise with knowledge of on premise AD, Exchange server and/or hybrid environment
  • Previous agile experience (certification in PM2 -Agile or equivalent desirable)
  • Experience as technology expert in a second area of the ones above
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps; • Previous experience in an EU institution
  • Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment
