Senior Apps Database Administrator- Oracle

• Should have solid knowledge in setting up advanced databases options such as Clustering, replication, and load balancing.
• Should have solid experience in installation, configuring databases and applications on single nodes and multi nodes.
• Solid experience in patching, upgrading and cloning of databases and ERP Systems.
• Advanced Performance tuning knowledge both and database and application levels.
• Advanced Backup and Recovery Skill set
• Must have been involved in a minimum two full ERP upgrades as the Primary consultant assigned to project.
• Should have advanced knowledge on using and installing various operating systems including UNIX and Linux
• Good knowledge in SQL and PL/SQL
• Solid ERP knowledge in ERP solutions on premise and on cloud.
• Strong knowledge in advanced security features such as Encryption, SSL, and applications firewall.
• Advanced security knowledge in single sign on and integration with LDAP
• Solid Knowledge of supporting ERP apps like BI and integration tools.

• 8 plus years’ experience in Databases and ERP solutions including Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, SAP S/4 Hana.
• BA degree in computer science, information systems or related field.
• Database certification is a plus.
• Technical Savvy and thinks out of the box.
• Solid communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Adaptable to work on different project when extended work time is needed.
• Process oriented.
• A team player who works as part of a team to provide services to customers.
• Strong work ethic with good time management skills preferred.
• Used as a reference for advanced setup or complicated issues by other team members.
• Ability to mentor and help junior apps DBA’s.
• Ability to work and communicate with ERP Business team.
