A day in the life of a IT Techpoint Agent for Large European Institutions Projects. 

As a IT Techpoint Agent,

Your main duties will be: 

• Unlock User account
• Recovering/Repairing .PST files
• Install/Uninstall/Reinstall Software
• Create new Outlook profiles
• Maintain the resources from Laptop for users
• Help the user to solve all his issues
• Give continuity to the Issue transferring to other teams
• Check the mailbox – send procedure
• Delivering of IT Assets for newcomer
• Return stock from leavers
• Troubleshooting/replacement of IT Assets (laptop, headset..)
• Help users to change their password by calling IAM
• Check small issues on GSM (like Email not refreshing)
• Help users to create their requests if needed
• Send the on-site technician in case of an issue for a specific desk
• Provision of forgotten accessories (e.g., laptop charger)

If you have: 

• Strong spoken and written interpersonal (English and French), communication and presentation skills
• Effectively communicate with clients and team members for technical topics
• Ability to drive workload independently
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a co-operative way
• Strong work ethic
• Good understanding of ITIL processes including Incident Management
• Ability to carry out comprehensive desk research
