Are you ready to discover the role of an IT Support Operations Agent in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

As an IT Support Operations Agent you will:

• Install/ uninstall/ reinstall software
• Maintain the resources from laptop for users
• Maintain IT stock (scan serial number, clean keyboard and mouse, unpack screens)
• Replace IT assets (headset, keyboard/mouse etc.)
• Perform and complete all assigned requests in an accurate and timely manner
• Update the CMDB whenever changes, removals and/or additions occur
• Keep the CMDB accurate and complete
• Install Move Add and Change daily work 
• Update CMDB following Installations, Moves, Add & Changes
• Prepare IT equipment for newcomers
• Install images on machines
• Be responsible for the preparation, storage and delivery of donations.

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Very good level in English (C1) & good level in French (B2)
• Good understanding of ITIL processes including Incident Management
• Effective communication with clients and team members for technical topics
• Ability to drive workload independently and work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a co-operative way
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to carry out comprehensive desk research & to check and maintain stock
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Respect of the scheduling
