IT Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Consultant

As the company continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our HR Team based at the Warsaw office.

Primary responsibilities:

• Building a pipeline of top technical talent through researching and sourcing candidates
• Managing the full recruitment process from the initial outreach to the offer stage
• HR Administration – drafting contracts of employment and other necessary documents
• Organizing different initiatives, events, and tech meetings - both external and internal
• Cooperating with universities in areas such as job fairs, lectures
• Keeping in touch with designers and external suppliers of branding materials

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:  

• BA or MA degree (HR, Psychology, Administration, Marketing, Communication, PR degree is preferable but not essential)
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written), native level of Polish language
• Previous experience of conducting end-to-end recruitment processes within the IT sector
• Very good command of MS Office and graphic design experience
• Experience in organizing events and meetups
• Strong attention to detail, personal integrity when handling confidential and sensitive information
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills
