Ever wondered what it feels like to be a Service Desk Operator in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

Joining us as a Service Desk Operator, you will be a part of a vibrant team who support of mission-critical applications for the European Commission, Member States and other European countries. 

As a Service Desk Operator you will:

  • Support of mission-critical applications for the European Commission, Member States and other European countries
  • Communicate with European officials and national administration public sector officers, registering and assessing issues, acting as first line of support, following up and resolving them.
  • Conformance with ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management
  • Provision of monthly, quarterly, yearly as well as ad-hoc reporting

What would make you a fit for the role:

  • Degree in Information Technology or related discipline (Mathematics, Physics, etc.)
  • Experience with ITIL 4 processes (Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management)
  • Experience as Windows power user
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communicational skills
