Are you ready to discover the role of an IT Logistics and Planning Support Agent in Netcompany-Intrasoft?
As an IT Logistics and Planning Support Agent you will:

• Process IT equipment requests and follow up on orders and deliveries
• Manage daily stock levels and coordinate logistics and planning
• Communicate with users to schedule equipment delivery and setup
• Create and assign field technician work orders
• Support users during initial laptop setup
• Generate basic activity reports and contribute to operational procedures
• Oversee small-scale work projects

What would make you a fit for the role: 

• Fluent in English and French (min. B2) with excellent communication skills
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of IT consumer products
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with basic project tools
• Well-organized, reliable, and detail-oriented; able to manage schedules and multitask
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and stress resilience
• Team player, results-driven, and adaptable in a multicultural environment
