Job Description
  1. Achieved the agreed yearly Quota.
  2. Responsible for meeting with clients and clarifying possible opportunities and tender issues, presenting financial and technical proposals, and marketing Netcompany-Intrasoft properly.
  3. Responsible for preparing contractual proposals, including creative, innovative, novel, and unique concepts and approaches.
  4. Directing contractual negotiations and assisting/participating in the negotiations as may be necessary.
  5. Responsible for pricing policy, price maintenance, price schedules, evaluation, and approval of off-list prices.
  6. The incumbent is responsible for Preparing the financial costing of the proposals.
  7. Assist in formulating standard/routine proposals in conjunction with team members and various functional groups.
  8. Assist in developing a budget and price estimate using standard models.
  9. The incumbent should ensure that all proposals are presented in accordance with the approved company image and standards.
  10. Assist the Business Development team in developing proposals, that align with the company's offerings and customers’ needs while ensuring proper communications with all company stakeholders including PMO, accounting, functional and delivery teams, and presales.
  11. Collaborate with the Finance Group to evaluate project performance and to recommend refinements and improvements of all components of proposals.
  12. Track and report on the status of all proposal components.
  13. Establish and maintain ongoing client relationships with the various parties to anticipate and resolve potential problems.  Participate in site visits.
  14. Focus on customers’ expectations, prevent problems, and strive for continuous improvement resulting in improved results for themselves, customers, and other employees. 
  15. Stay up to date on company certificates.
  16. Provide weekly, monthly, and yearly sales reports
Qualifications
  1. BA degree in Marketing, computer science, computer engineering or related field.
  2. Minimum 8 Years of Experience in IT Solutions.
  3. Solid communication skills in both English and Arabic
  4. Other Nationality Is a plus.
  5. Must have a solid and strong connection in KSA
