Are you ready to discover the role of a Senior IT Operations Business Analyst in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

Joining us as a Senior IT Operations Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to be a part of our highly skilled agile team that designs, deploys, customizes, and supports the development and implementation of large-scale applications or projects related to e-Government, EU Institutions and Enterprise solutions.

As a Senior IT Operations Business Analyst you will:

  • Engage with Business Analysis and Data Analysis
  • Monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met
  • Produce reports for the EU process owner on a regular basis according to the agreed level of service
  • Perform on-demand data & business analysis for the quality of operations
  • Identify recurrent operational problems or negative trends and recommend solutions to overcome them
  • Detect and handle incidents based on the Event and Incident management processes
  • Participate in the coordination activities between the EU Member States and all involved stakeholders
  • Coordinate the testing of the EU Member States national customs applications, assuring the smooth transition from testing to the production environment
  • Perform presentations on business & application-related topics
Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant fields
  • At least 6 years of working experience in operations (including data-analysis experience)
  • Passion for and ability to understand customer needs and deliver great solutions
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills in English (written & verbal)
  • Team-leading experience would be an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills: task prioritization, effective time management, meeting organization, and facilitation

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Experience in analysis and design of information systems
  • ITIL certification
  • Knowledge of French and/or German language
