Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Organising and maintaining diaries on behalf of the Business unit heads, which includes scheduling appointments, setting up meetings – internal and external
- Manage as much of the day-to-day operational work as possible, ensuring the BU heads are able to complete their priorities
- Scheduling travel, reserving accommodation, and managing itineraries
- Participating in meetings to record minutes and follow up on actions
- Greeting all visitors for the BU heads and guiding them
- To act as a first point of contact for all Admin tasks
- To organise and prioritise diary appointments and proactively maintain diaries and calendars
- Collating and input of expenses
- Work collaboratively with other support functions to support on events and meetings
Requirements
- Clear track record as an Executive Assistant to senior leadership team
- The capacity to plan several activities, duties, and responsibilities while remaining composed under pressure
- Able to work to tight deadlines and can accommodate last-minute change
- A methodical attitude to work; a drive for success that includes initiative and responsibility
- The capacity to manage one's own workload within deadlines
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; the capacity to establish and maintain successful working relationships with people at all levels
- Be an effective communicator and collaborator
- Hybrid working model with 3 days in a week in the Netcompany London office
- Flexibility to travel to Leeds as and when required
About you

• Clear and professional communicator, comfortable with an informal environment, but able to communicate with external parties appropriately.
• Pragmatic problem solving skills - you don't lose your cool under pressure and can quickly think of sensible solutions to a multitude of issues.
• Humble and comfortable with a range of daily tasks, with the ability to work flexibly
• A people person who is self-motivated but can work efficiently and collaboratively as part of a team.
