Business conduct

Business conduct is crucial for our business model, which relies heavily on our workforce and value chain. Compliance with laws and ethical guidelines is a priority to avoid legal and economic consequences and to maintain an efficient, skilled workforce. We aim to create a corporate culture that protects human rights, prevents corruption, and safeguards whistleblowers. This is essential for legal compliance, social strategy, and achieving our commercial goals. As a global player, we also adhere to responsible and transparent payment practices.

At the core of our corporate culture lies our Code of Conduct, which prescribes compliance with applicable legislation and describes the ethical standards and values we are committed to upholding and encouraging.

Human rights commitment

Our human rights commitments, outlined in our Code of Conduct, apply to our operations and value chain and align with standards like the International Bill of Human Rights, OECD Guidelines, UNGP, UN Declaration of Human Rights, Convention on the Rights of the Child, ILO Conventions, and applicable laws.

Our Code of Conduct covers personal conduct, workplace safety, environmental responsibility, conflicts of interest, confidential information, data privacy, ethics, discrimination and harassment, freedom of association, collective bargaining, and combating unfair practices like corruption, bribery, fraud, insider trading, and tax evasion.
