Netcompany in Sweden
Netcompany is growing fast in Sweden, and as part of our team in Stockholm, you’ll be right at the heart of that journey. From our centrally located office, we’re delivering impactful, mission-critical IT projects across both the public and private sectors – such as solutions for Skatteverket, Lif (fass.se), Tullverket, and Utbetalningsmyndigheten.

IT Consultant
We are looking for talented and driven individuals to join our Stockholm office as IT Consultants. Whether you’re a recent graduate or have a couple of years of experience, you’ll work closely with some of the industry’s most skilled professionals on impactful digital projects that shape modern society.
At Netcompany, you will be a key part of the full delivery team – from the initial design to implementation and ongoing development. We don’t believe in isolated placements. Instead, you’ll always work in a collaborative team, alongside colleagues who share knowledge and support each other.
As an IT Consultant, you’ll help deliver modern and scalable IT solutions for both public and private sector clients. Every project is unique, giving you exposure to a wide variety of systems and technologies.
Technologies you’ll work with
Web frameworks: Angular, React
Backend technologies: Java, .NET
Enterprise platforms: SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Databases and services: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Sitecore, EPiServer, WebLogic Server
Your responsibilities may include
Designing and building front-end and back-end functionality
Setting up frameworks and system integrations
Extending and configuring platforms to meet client needs
Automating business processes and creating batch jobs
Developing tools and scripts for large-scale data migrations
About you
We imagine you:
- Hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a similar technical field
- Are a recent graduate or have experience in development or IT consulting
- Are curious, analytical, and motivated to grow
- Enjoy working closely with others and solving real-world challenges
- Are fluent in English and Swedish
