Comply
with GLoBE

Help combat tax avoidance with our new component for GLoBE (Pillar Two).

Every year, OECD countries lose billions due to tax avoidance by multinational groups

The Global Anti-Base Erosion Model (GloBE) addresses this issue with a minimum tax of 15% for multinational companies with consolidated revenues of EUR 750 million.

Our GloBE component, part of the SOLON TAX suite or available as a standalone, manages all GloBE-related activities and can be configured upon request to align with EU directives and OECD initiatives such as CRS, CbCR, DAC, BEFIT, and HOT.

The component serves as an input portal (manual or via APIs) for submitting the required information and exchanging it with national tax authorities. It also handles calculations and revenue collection. Whether you need full coverage of the GloBE process or seamless integration with existing systems, our solution adapts to your needs.

With the first GloBE Information Return (GIR) required by June 2026 for the 2025 fiscal year, now is the time to ensure you're prepared.
