Technical skills:
– Focus on the foundation of programming knowledge, including OOP, data modelling, system design, etc.

– Basic experience with Web/Mobile app development

There are plenty of standards for a standout CV, and it would be great if you could:
– Highlight the information that matches our requirements for the position you are applying for (especially your English level).
– Design a clean and simple format with clear headings and bullet points to make the CV easy to read

Any side projects (individual or team work) that show your skills, knowledge and achievement (if any). We highly recommend that students list out programming projects.

It’s generally not required, but including a short cover letter can still be beneficial for highlighting your qualifications, career goals, interest in the position.

Life at Netcompany

8 hours/ day from Monday to Friday.

It depends on each project’s status, you may be requested to work overtime, which will be compensated. However, we do not encourage this to happen frequently.

70% of our work involves on-the-job training. From day 1, you will be assigned to a real project with practical tasks.

Project & Business model

The specific tasks depend on different projects. In general, it includes analysing requirements, designing solutions, and developing reliable codes with continuous testing. You will collaborate with international teams in an agile environment, manage your tasks effectively, and contribute technical expertise while pursuing ongoing personal and professional growth.

A team leader will help freshers catch up and get started on the project, including granting access, sending a welcome email with the necessary materials, and providing a roadmap for the first week.
In addition, a buddy will be assigned to support the newcomer within the first few weeks.
Maintaining a friendly and supportive workplace is how we foster team spirit. We ensure that all team members receive support whenever they need it.
After working hours, many project and team events are sponsored by Netcompany to keep our employees engaged

Project durations vary, with most spanning 1–2 years and some extending longer

Project assignment depends on resource needs. Once you accept the offer, we will allocate you to the most suitable project. In urgent cases, rotations may occur, with prior notice given.

Yes, new joiners definitely have the opportunity to contribute their ideas at Netcompany. Every suggestion is taken into consideration, and the team provides feedback openly. If an idea does not fully fit the current context, the reasoning will be explained so that the new joiner can understand the decision. On the other hand, if the idea is valuable, the team may accept it and build further on it. In all cases, every contribution is acknowledged and appreciated.
