In our Vietnam office, you’ll be part of international project teams working closely with colleagues and clients across Europe. You collaborate as one team, solve real challenges, and gain hands-on experience across borders – all while being part of a strong local office environment.
Working internationally isn’t just part of the setup. It also means opportunities to collaborate in person. For some colleagues, this includes travelling to Europe for seminars, training, or project work – strengthening relationships, learning from different teams, and experiencing the broader Netcompany community firsthand.

Social life at the office
Through After Dark, our employee-driven social initiative, colleagues connect outside of everyday tasks through everything from badminton and pottery classes to casual get-togethers – all supported by Netcompany.
Alongside these activities, we also come together for our two annual highlights: the summer party and the winter party.
