Step inside and see what it’s like to work at Netcompany in Sweden. We opened our office in Stockholm in 2025, and today, more than 60 colleagues work together from the heart of the city. From here, teams collaborate, learn, and grow together – taking on projects that make a real difference for society.

How we work together

You’ll work in close-knit, cross-functional teams where developers, consultants, designers, architects, and project managers collaborate day to day. We challenge ideas, share knowledge, and take joint ownership of what we deliver.

When you join us, you become part of a full delivery team – never placed on a project alone. Solutions are developed collaboratively from start to finish, with teams working together across all stages, from analysis and design to implementation and continuous improvement.

Ownership is clear, but never isolated. Knowledge is shared openly, and support is always within reach. Whether through your teammates, experienced specialists, or your dedicated mentor. Different perspectives are brought together to shape better solutions and strengthen the way we work.
