How we work together

You’ll work in close-knit, cross-functional teams where developers, consultants, designers, and project managers collaborate day to day. We challenge ideas, share knowledge, and take joint ownership of what we deliver.

Our Warsaw office plays an important role in that collaboration. Shared spaces – from project areas to the rooftop terrace overlooking the city – become natural meeting points where colleagues connect throughout the day, discussing ideas, sparring over challenges, and exchanging experiences across teams. The open atmosphere makes it easy to ask questions, share insights, and learn from one another.

»What I love about working here is how easy to connect and feel included every day.«

Attila Hegyessy, Managing Architect

Social life at the office

Through After Dark, our employee-driven social initiative, colleagues connect outside of everyday tasks through everything from board game nights, workouts, and theatre trips to casual get-togethers – all supported by Netcompany. Alongside these activities, we also come together for two annual highlights: the summer party and the winter party.

Social moments also happen naturally during the workday. Conversations over lunch, coffee or between meetings make it easy to get to know colleagues across teams. Together, these experiences help build strong relationships and contribute to the friendly and welcoming atmosphere at our Warsaw office.

»We gather to spend time together and get to know each other better. Sometimes it’s something simple, like playing board games, but those moments help us collaborate better and build strong bonds within the team.«

Patrycja Mitkowska, Senior Architect
