Meet our colleagues in Norway
How we work together
Working from one of our Norwegian offices means being part of a close professional environment where collaboration happens naturally throughout the day. Whether you are based in Oslo, Bergen, or Trondheim, the office is a place where colleagues connect regularly – exchanging ideas, discussing project challenges, and supporting one another across teams.
The relatively close-knit community across our Norwegian offices means people quickly get to know each other. This creates an atmosphere where it’s easy to approach colleagues, ask for input, and build strong professional relationships.
»It’s not the biggest office, but that’s part of what I like. You quickly get to know people, and when I go to the coffee machine in the morning, there’s always someone familiar there.«
Benedicte Kaltoft Hansen, Senior Architect
Social life at the office
Through After Dark, our employee-driven social initiative, colleagues connect outside of everyday tasks through everything from board game nights, workouts, and theatre trips to casual get-togethers – all supported by Netcompany. Alongside these activities, we also come together for two annual highlights: the summer party and the winter party.
Social moments also happen naturally during the workday. Conversations over coffee or between meetings make it easy to get to know colleagues across teams. Together, these experiences help build strong relationships and contribute to the friendly and welcoming atmosphere across our Norwegian offices.
»We have a daily quiz in the office, and people take it surprisingly seriously. It’s fun to see how many random facts everyone knows, and it’s a great way to bond during the day.«
Swarny Appakkuddy, Consultant

Part of the full project journey
You’ll become part of the full journey behind the solutions we build. Rather than contributing to only a small part of the process, teams work closely together across all stages of a project – from early analysis and design to development and implementation.
Projects evolve through collaboration, where colleagues exchange ideas, challenge assumptions, and support each other in delivering solutions that create real impact.
»One of the things I value most is that we always work in teams. It creates a culture where people collaborate and support each other rather than compete.«
Mikael Wenger, Senior Consultant
