Meet our Danish colleagues
How we work together
You’ll work in close-knit, cross-functional teams where developers, consultants, designers, and project managers collaborate day to day. We challenge ideas, share knowledge, and take joint ownership of what we deliver.
Our Danish offices play an important role in that collaboration. They’re natural meeting points where colleagues discuss ideas, spar over technical challenges, and exchange experiences across teams and projects – often continuing conversations over lunch or at the coffee stations. Even when working on different assignments, the office helps bring people together.
Many consultants also spend periods working closely with clients at their offices. That makes our own offices an important place to return to – where teams reconnect, share experiences, and stay connected across the organisation.

Social life at the office
Through After Dark, our employee-driven social initiative, colleagues connect outside of everyday tasks through everything from board game nights, workouts, and theatre trips to casual get-togethers – all supported by Netcompany.
Alongside these activities, we also come together for our two annual highlights: the summer party and the winter party.
It’s an easy way to meet people across teams, have fun, and build real connections that carry into how we work together every day.
