The first 90 days offer a thorough mix of training sessions to familiarise newcomers with our company’s culture, values, and processes. A key part of this is a specialised 15-day academy for recent graduates, designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world skills through technical and soft skills training.

The Onboarding Academy equips you with the tools, methodologies, and latest technologies needed to kick-start your career. The Academy is fully supported by experienced colleagues who are eager to share their knowledge and expertise. You’ll gain a comprehensive view of a product’s life cycle, broadening your understanding and perspective.
