The Inside View:

Greece

Step inside and see what it’s like to work at Netcompany in Greece. Across our five offices – three in Athens, two in Thessaloniki, and one in Patras – more than 2,900 colleagues collaborate, learn, and grow together while working on projects that make a real difference for organisations and society. From Greece, our teams combine local expertise with international collaboration, building digital solutions that are responsible, secure, and designed to create lasting impact.

A collaborative environment

Working from one of our Greek offices means being part of an environment where collaboration is part of everyday work. The office naturally brings colleagues together across teams and projects, making it easy to exchange ideas, discuss challenges, and learn from one another.

Throughout the day, colleagues reconnect between meetings, continue conversations, and share experiences from different projects. This creates a workplace where knowledge and perspectives are constantly exchanged.

»From day one, I was trusted with real responsibilities, but I always had the support of my colleagues and my manager.«

Maria Gkosdi, Project Manager

Being here

The office environments across our Greek locations are designed to support our collaborative way of working. In addition to workspaces, you’ll find shared areas where colleagues can step away from their desks, continue discussions, or simply take a short break together.

These informal meeting points help create an open atmosphere where conversations and collaboration naturally extend beyond scheduled meetings.

»At the office, we have a rooftop terrace on the eighth floor, and you have a great view from there looking out over the city«

Evie Naki, Lead Consultant
