As a Learning and Talent Development Senior Professional, you will join our vibrant, passionate, and creative L&D Team.
In this role, you will contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organisation. You will be actively involved in designing and implementing L&D strategies, policies and programs that align with the company’s business goals and support its talent retention and development objectives. The role focuses on ensuring that the organisation has the talent it needs to achieve its strategic priorities by providing opportunities for our people to enhance their skills and abilities to thrive in their current roles, reach their full potential and contribute to the company's overall success.
As a Learning & Talent Development Senior Professional, you will:

  • Implement the talent development process of detecting HiPos, creating a solid talent pool;
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the company's succession planning program;
  • Prepare and monitor the implementation of the 360-feedback process for Leaders
  • Identify and analyse skills gaps and create learning programs or paths focusing on people upskilling and reskilling;
  • Create appropriate development plans for career and competency enhancement;
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and leaders to monitor talent development initiatives;
  • Participate in designing the Internal Coaching Framework;
  • Participate in the design and implementation of assessment and development centers;
  • Keep and analyse data to measure the effectiveness of talent development programs; identify gaps and suggest improvements;
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and advancements in talent development.

What would make you a fit for the role:

  • Have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in an L&D role with a focus on Talent Development Programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organisational psychology, or a related field (a Master's degree being a plus).
  • Working knowledge of learning and talent development processes and methods (HiPos Program, Succession Planning, Development Centers, Learning Paths, etc)
  • Proficiency in L&D systems and tools (SuccessFactors preferably)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups
  • Agile mindset with a results-driven approach 
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent command of the English language (oral & written) .
