Project Manager

Job Description

Responsible for the execution of all projects that are assigned to him in accordance with approved company policies and operating guidelines and procedures, and is responsible for making sure that all projects assigned to him meet contracts budgets and time schedules in addition to maintaining the projects quality standards. Developing the Project Management Procedures and Processes in the company. Ensuring consistency with corporate strategy, consistency of process across projects and customer satisfaction with the products.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

  1. Provide team with the required leadership to enable the team to execute the project effectively and efficiently.
  2. Responsible to follow up team leaders related to the projects assigned to him and other team members.
  3. Establish project management policies and guidelines.
  4. Provide centralized services such as ( planning; scheduling; estimating; costing; project accounting; risk assessment , etc.)
  5. Prioritize projects and/or ensure consistency with corporate strategies.
  6. Responsible for defining the scope of work by meeting with the client and obtaining the required information and for dealing with the client on technical issues .
  7.  Oversee the flow of work among the project team members and ensure that such workflow is smooth and efficient.
  8. Develop Project Management and implementation methodology, standards and practices.
  9. Responsible for familiarizing himself with the project contract.
  10.  Monitor direct expenses related to the project and report possible excesses in expenses to the PMO .
  11. Provide mentoring and training.
  12. Act as a knowledgeable resource.
  13. Mediate conflicts.
  14.  Notify the PMO  of any resourcing problems, which arise during all stages of the life of the project.
  15. Responsible to brief the PMO of all projects details prior to commencing the execution of the project.
  16.  Prepare the project stage report; close out report and the project marketing material.
  17.  Perform any other upon the request of his/her direct supervisor.
Qualifications

- Project Management experience in IT industry preferably with Oracle, SAP and Dell EMC  Partners
